Main Event: Jon Jones (-285) vs. Alexander Gustafsson (+225)
The final time Jon Jones and Alexander Gustafsson confronted, roughly a year-and-a-half ago, it was the former that emerged with the win. Though many believed Gustafsson might’ve had him, the judges awarded Jones a unanimous victory.
The odds last time around, however, were more in favor of Jones, with Gustafsson laying anywhere between +800 and +1000 lines. That they are so close now around speaks to how well he cried in the first meeting, while also nodding towards how much he’s improved his fast-twitch stamina.
